What you'll do
- Develop scalable and reusable solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies
- Gather business requirements and design future automation solutions
- Create structured automation documentation, user manuals and instructions
- Support UAT execution and solution deployment across multiple environments
- Monitor solution effectiveness and support Operations after go-live
- Optimize existing solution code, identify defects and resolve issues
- Set up environments through software installation and related technology installation
- Follow project plans, report risks and issues, and provide input to change control
Key requirements
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation and RPA platforms
- BluePrism, Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath
- Automation solution design and Business requirements gathering
- UAT execution and Solution deployment
- Code optimization and Software installation
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, Technical writing and Project risk management
- Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Information Technology and Systemspreferred
