What you'll do
- Ensure smooth operation of the cashier, warehouse and wider store departments with the Store Manager
- Supervise daily store activities, achieve company goals and guide your team effectively
- Ensure daily activities follow company procedures, standards and policies
- Provide excellent customer service while understanding customer needs and maximizing sales and profitability
- Oversee personnel matters and coordinate with head office to complete back-office projects supporting store operations
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Retail operations, Cashier operations, Inventory and warehouse operations
- Team leadership and Crisis management
- Customer service and Sales and profitability maximization
- Goal achievement and Deadline management
- Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- English language, Communication and Negotiation
- Higher Education
