What you'll do
- Draft, review, and help negotiate commercial contracts, including supplier, vendor, and service agreements
- Provide legal support on civil, labor, consumer, and commercial law matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal notes, memos, and compliance opinions
- Monitor legislation and regulatory changes to support compliance with applicable requirements
- Support the resolution of disputes, claims, and litigation matters with external counsel
- Draft and review Board of Directors and General Assembly minutes
- Support corporate projects, including share capital increases, loans, and authority filings
- Manage corporate records and legal documentation, including signature, notarization, and legalization
- Maintain legal templates and support legal policy and compliance procedure implementation
- Collaborate with law firms, auditors, notaries, and regulators on corporate and regulatory matters
- Support internal departments with day-to-day legal guidance to help mitigate risks
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Commercial contract drafting and review; Commercial law
- Corporate law and Corporate housekeeping
- Civil law; Labor law; Consumer law
- Legal research; Regulatory monitoring; Compliance monitoring
- Dispute and litigation support; Legal documentation management
- MS Office; English language proficiency; Legal policy and procedure implementation
