What you'll do
- Advise project managers on contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risks during projects
- Support internal departments in meeting legal requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with GDPR, AML, ISO standards, and other regulations
- Conduct legal research on complex commercial, corporate, and labor law matters
- Complete tasks for internal legal projects and related administrative activities
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including board and general meeting minutes and powers of attorney
- Track litigation matters and maintain up-to-date legal files
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Commercial and corporate law, labor law, and legal research
- Contract drafting and negotiation and legal risk assessment
- Regulatory compliance, GDPR, AML, ISO compliance, public tenders, and AI Act
- Corporate governance, litigation management, and legal file management
- English language proficiency
- Law / Business Law / Business Administration
