What you'll do
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability across stores and e-commerce
- Analyze sales and stock data to support replenishment planning
- Track key inventory KPIs
- Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, and Procurement teams to maintain an efficient supply chain
- Organize and document reverse logistics plans between stores and central warehouse
- Create orders to execute the agreed reverse logistics plan
- Coordinate intra-warehouse and store-to-store stock movements
- Administer stores' availability tickets
- Collaborate with commercial, warehouse, and stores teams for effective problem solving
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- English language proficiency, written and oral
- Communication skills and problem solving attitude
- Coordination and teamwork abilities
- Replenishment planning and reverse logistics planning knowledge
- Experience with SAP or similar software
- Supply chain collaboration and stock movement coordination
- Order creation and ticket administration
- Business Administration / Finance / relevant field
