What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service that increases sales and builds trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage merchandise receipts, transfers, returns, stock control and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to company Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Use product knowledge and store commercial opportunities effectively
- Analyze sales using commercial reports and recommend improvements
- Lead, motivate and develop the team through training, evaluation and open communication
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and mobilize the team to minimize losses
- Ensure Health & Safety rules are followed in the store and stockroom

- Store management, Sales and KPI achievement, and Sales and commercial report analysis
- Team management, Customer service, Communication skills, and Organizational skills
- Inventory management, Visual Merchandising, and Loss Prevention
- Knowledge of fashion and competitor trends
- Time management and Health & Safety
- MS Office and English
Benefits
- Monthly gross pay ranging from €2,000 to €2,200, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Sales bonuses, €120 in monthly meal vouchers, a €25 gift card, up to €200 per month for transportation expenses, private health insurance, a pension plan, and a 25% discount at LPP stores are provided.
