What you'll do
- Supervise on-site construction activities for new store openings, remodels, and renovations
- Manage project schedules to ensure timelines are met and delays are minimized
- Monitor project budgets to ensure cost efficiency throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate execution of plans and specifications
- Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and authorities for smooth project implementation
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare regular progress reports and address technical or operational issues proactively
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of construction methods and technical specifications
- Project management and budget management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Experience with project management software
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related field
