What you'll do
- Organize and supervise daily site work according to technical plans, project schedule, and management instructions
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate all participating parties
- Ensure adequate and proper use of resources, materials, equipment, and manpower
- Monitor compliance with safety rules and use of PPE by all personnel
- Resolve technical and organizational issues promptly on site
- Guide and technically support crews for correct task execution
- Track progress and prepare progress reports with project management
- Inform engineers and management about project developments
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- 5 years experience in a Foreman role in construction projects
- Knowledge of construction processes and site operations
- Reading blueprints, floor plans, and technical specifications
- Knowledge of EAU (Safety & Health) instructions and safety standards
- Leadership skills and team management capability
- Time management, multitasking, problem solving and decision making under pressure
- Effective communication and clear instruction delivery
- Organizational thinking, procedure compliance, flexibility, and adaptability
- Collaboration with engineers, subcontractors, and management
- Good physical condition
- Category B driver's license
- Technical Specialty
