What you'll do
- Design architectural layouts and interior concepts for new store openings, remodels, and refurbishments
- Develop floor plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations to present design concepts
- Select materials, furniture, and interior finishes to create cohesive and functional spaces
- Collaborate with Commercial and Retail teams to align store design with operational and visual merchandising needs
- Prepare technical documentation for permitting and construction handover
- Ensure design quality, brand consistency, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Research and introduce innovative materials, technologies, and sustainability practices for retail environments
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max
- Strong skills in architectural design, interior design, and technical drawings
- Understanding of construction principles and building codes
- Experience in material and furniture selection
- Collaboration and communication skills to work with commercial, marketing, and operational teams
- Time management skills and proficiency in MS Office for documentation
- Architecture / Civil Engineeringpreferred
