What you'll do
- Develop project design from preliminary to full construction drawings and documentation
- Manage assigned projects from start to finish by gathering and analysing relevant information
- Review architectural conceptual proposals in detail
- Prepare and monitor technical specifications based on Greek legislation for building design
- Liaise with government authorities and assist with technical administration material
- Collaborate closely with project team members to ensure aligned actions
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Design management and architectural design expertise
- Knowledge of legal framework related to building design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and 3D rendering
- Experience in Electrical-Mechanical (E/M) design
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Greek and English
- Self-motivated team player with initiative and a results-driven approach
- Ability to liaise with government authorities
- Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying Engineeringpreferred
