What you'll do
- Own and govern the enterprise Demand Plan for Greece and Cyprus across all planning horizons
- Lead Demand Management within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework
- Orchestrate cross-functional inputs and own demand forums
- Drive continuous improvement of forecast quality, scenario thinking, and planning maturity
- Enable proactive actions to close demand gaps and support sustainable growth
- Act as regional ambassador for Demand Planning capability and standardize Blue Yonder use across markets
- Make final decisions on demand baseline, assumptions, and adjustments
- Escalate and resolve cross-functional gaps through IBP governance
- Assess and communicate demand signal strengths and limitations
- Challenge, reject, and escalate non-quality demand inputs
- Lead and own DMR (iSO&E) and Demand Control (DC, iSO&P) forums
- Engage Marketing, Finance, Commercial/Sales, and Supply Planning for forward-looking demand inputs
- Translate sales, pricing, innovation, and transformation plans into demand signals
- Ensure disciplined use of statistical baseline forecasting and interpret model outputs
- Drive high-quality utilization and continuous improvement of Blue Yonder
- Lead and develop the Demand Planning team for Greece and Cyprus
- Monitor and improve demand planning performance focusing on learning and progress
- Define standards, build capability, and audit maturity as Blue Yonder Demand Planning ambassador for East Europe
Key requirements
- Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) expertise
- Forecasting Concepts including baseline, bias, and scenario thinking
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder demand planning solution
- Cross-functional Planning involving Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Supply Planning
- Business Acumen to translate commercial, financial, and supply inputs into demand plans
- Team Leadership and Communication Skills for development and senior-level storytelling
- Scenario Thinking and Demand Control Forums (DMR, iSO&P)
- Cross-Market Collaboration in a matrix, multi-market environment
