What you'll do
- Manage the lifecycle of material, supplier, and customer records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate New Product Introduction by creating and maintaining material records and attributes
- Audit and cleanse data to identify and correct duplicate, inconsistent, or incomplete records
- Maintain and activate supplier records in the system
- Enter unit prices and manage purchase price catalog updates
- Maintain base retail prices, SKU links, and price lists across properties
- Set up promotion rules, activate discounts, and validate promotional pricing across channels
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve data and pricing discrepancies
Key requirements
- ERP/CRM systems and SQL
- Microsoft Excel, data validation, data cleansing, and data reporting
- Master Data Management and data governance
- Product data management, supplier data management, and customer data management
- Price management and promotion data validation
- Data auditing and New Product Introduction
- Business Administration / Accounting / Any Field
