What you'll do
- Lead and support RDARR / BCBS 239 implementation programs
- Design and implement data governance frameworks including data ownership, stewardship models, policies, standards, dictionaries, and glossaries
- Define and operationalize data quality frameworks including indicators, controls, KRIs, and thresholds
- Support identification and management of Critical Data Elements (CDEs)
- Design and document end-to-end data lineage
- Contribute to data architecture design including data flows and alignment with warehouses and lakes
- Work with data governance and business teams to implement data management tools
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- RDARR / BCBS 239 implementation and regulatory reporting knowledge
- Data governance frameworks design and data quality frameworks expertise
- Data lineage and metadata management skills
- Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra and Adaptive Metadata Management platforms
- Data architecture design understanding
- Stakeholder management, project leadership, and communication skills
