What you'll do
- Post trade supplier invoices correctly in the ERP following Local and International Accounting Standards
- Reconcile General ledger accounts and make corrections
- Reconcile customer-supplier balances
- Reconcile bank accounts and cash flows
- Process payments and financial documents such as invoices, statements, and vouchers accurately and timely
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Perform other related accounting duties as assigned
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with ERP software and MS Excel
- Skills in financial reconciliation and invoice processing
- Time management and organizational skills
- English language skills
- Finance / Accountingpreferred
