What you'll do
- Maintain and enforce all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service
- Maintain cleanliness of all assigned work areas
- Lead and assist assigned housekeeping team
- Inspect villas daily including departures, arrivals, occupied, VIP
- Report and rectify maintenance issues
- Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained in pantries
- Maintain safe work practices
- Manage overall cleanliness, replenishment, standards and maintenance of arrival villas
- Guarantee repeater arrival preferences are met
- Execute daily tasks to O&O aesthetic standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Housekeeping service standards and cleaning hygiene adherence
- Team leadership and villa inspection skills
- Maintenance reporting and rectification
- Stock and supplies management
- Safety procedures knowledge
- Communication skills and English language proficiency
- Word processing, spreadsheet, and proprietary hotel software usage

About the job
Team Leader, Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the villas and surrounding areas to the highest standard, adhering to O&O standards at all times, and ensuring the cleanliness / hygiene is followed at all times. Also must ensure that the arrivals villas met the arriving customer requirements and known preferences’.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To maintain and enforce all standards and procedures for Housekeeping service.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness to all assigned work areas.
Responsible to lead and assist assigned team.
Inspect villas daily, including departures, arrivals, occupied, VIP, ensuring that they have been cleaned to the highest level, all maintenance is reported and rectified, and standards are being adhered to.
Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained in pantries.
Ensure the ability to maintain safe work practices.
Responsible for the overall cleanliness, replenishment, standards and maintenance of the entire villa for all arrival villas for their respective sections.
Guarantee that all the repeater arrival preferences are met when the villa is prepared.
Ensure that the task provided daily are executed to the expectation of O&O Aesthesis standard
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good verbal and written command of the English language.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Knowledge of safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful work environment
Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software, and proprietary hotel software
