What you'll do
- Support daily retail operations ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of sales and operational goals
- Oversee stockroom activities including inventory accuracy, replenishment, deliveries, transfers, and stock loss prevention
- Supervise, support, and guide the retail team while allocating daily tasks and maintaining operational standards
- Coordinate visual merchandising updates, seasonal installations, and store presentation
- Support management of shop-in-shop partners and delivery of Ready-to-Wear activations and retail initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing workshops, events, and customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with store procedures, cash management, health and safety, and operational best practices
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Retail operations and team supervision
- Inventory management and stock loss prevention
- Sales achievement and customer service
- Organizational skills and planning skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and SAP knowledge
- Shift flexibility and communication skills
- Retail Management / Business Administration / Finance / Related Field

Half of Aristotle Onassis' fortune was the initial funding for the Foundation. Specifically, the 40% of the annual profits of the Business Foundation are given to the Public Benefit Foundation for implementing all its programs and initiatives.
The Onassis Foundation's mission is to support Greek society in the crucial areas of education, culture and health, releasing its potential and promoting Greece at its best.
