About the job
For our Nike store located in Athenian Region, we are looking for a Store Manager that will report to the Retail Coordinator
As a Store Manager, your mission is results-driven and KPIs focused. You will be responsible for managing, motivating and promoting your team growth, leading the sales floor and product display according to the brand's Visual Merchandising guidelines and managing the flow of goods in store and in stock.
What you need to have:
Previous experience of at least 3 years as a Store Manager in structured retail contexts
Knowledge of the main sales KPIs and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Willingness to lead people's development
Passion for sport; our ideal store manager is a competitive or amateur sportsman, with a strong drive for the best customer service and great interpersonal relations
Greek native level speaker and fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is considered a plus)
