What you'll do
- Manage financial transactions with customers
- Issue receipts and collect payments by cash or debit and credit cards
- Handle customer complaints, provide guidance and share relevant information
- Maintain relevant records
Key requirements
- Financial transaction management; receipt issuing and collections
- Customer complaint management
- Record keeping
- MS Office and electronic systems
- Cash register and POS equipment; SAP
- Numerical and calculation skills; English language
- Economics / Accountingpreferred
