What you'll do
- Manage and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure production schedules and efficiency are maintained
- Perform quality checks and take corrective actions when needed
- Resolve technical issues arising during production
- Improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Implement and monitor automated production systems
- Integrate new technologies and automation methods into production
- Oversee large-scale and long-duration product tests
- Conduct product simulation tests
- Train and develop production team members
- Create reports on production performance, issues, and improvements
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Production management, Production supervision, and Team management
- Quality assurance, Product testing, and Problem solving
- Process automation, Automated production systems, and Technology integration
- Production process optimization
- Electronic circuits, Electronic component identification, PCB design, and Circuit upgrades
- Technical reporting
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Any Field
