What you'll do
- Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle across various industries and functions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support
- Support business development activities through market mapping, networking, referrals, social media engagement, and event participation
- Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and industry developments
- Contribute to the improvement of recruitment methodologies, tools, and client deliverables
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Expertise
- Business Development activities including Market Mapping and Networking
- Client Relationship Management and Social Media Engagement
- Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychologypreferred
