What you'll do
- Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle from sourcing to client delivery
- Guide clients through the hiring journey including candidate presentation and offers
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify new collaboration opportunities
- Connect with potential clients via social media, events, and networking for business development
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to budget planning and supplier relationship management
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
