What you'll do
- Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, job advertisements, and internal databases.
- Screen CVs and contact candidates for relevant vacancies.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate records and documentation.
- Prepare reports, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate and organize interviews and meetings.
- Apply recruitment best practices and systems to enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with recruitment trends and market developments.
- Participate in all stages of the recruitment cycle.
Key requirements
- Recruitment cycle management, candidate sourcing, and candidate screening
- Supply Chain and Production industry knowledge
- Candidate database management and interview coordination
- Recruitment best practices and reporting
- Contract preparation and administrative skills
- English fluency and customer service
- Business Administration / Management / Human Resource Management / Any Fieldpreferred
