- Sourcing and candidate attraction, candidate pool development, and Recruitment Marketing
- Applicant Tracking Systems and HRMS systems
- Recruitment data analysis and recruitment reporting
- Recruitment process improvement and recruitment policy implementation
- Microsoft Office, Store recruitment, and bilingual Greek and English communication
- Psychology / Business Administration / Any Field / Human Resource Managementpreferred
