Optimal is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate combines sharp recruitment instincts with a genuine drive for business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle, from sourcing top talent across multiple channels to delivering the right match for every client
Guide clients through the entire hiring journey, from candidate presentation to offer and contract
Nurture existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for collaboration
Connect with potential clients through social media, events, and networking to support business development and explore new markets
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
Mentor and support junior team members
Contribute to budget planning and supplier relationship management
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Executive Search, ideally in a consulting environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Solid business development skills with a track record of client relationship management
A deep sense of ownership and accountability in everything you do
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Sharp organizational and reporting skills
Fluency in Greek and English
