Joining our team in Thessaloniki offices you will find yourself working with the Deloitte Belgium's Talent team in the below activities:
- You’ll be the engine behind our hiring pipelines — hunting for top European talent and building the networks that keep Deloitte ahead.
- This is a hands-on sourcing role. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage and pipeline candidates across a range of profiles, using every tool at your disposal: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean search, and beyond.
What you’ll do:
Build and execute targeted sourcing plans focused on European talent
Proactively source, identify and build talent pipelines and networks across skills groups, focused on European countries, utilizing creative and innovative sourcing and networking initiatives (LinkedIn, our own data base, social media, search engines, niche regional and (inter)national job boards…)
Grow and nurture talent communities for future hiring needs
Promote Deloitte opportunities through online networks and forums
Track all activity in our ATS and report on sourcing channel effectiveness
Over time, take on phone screenings — summarising candidate fit and making recommendations to recruiters
#OurRequirements
We are looking for candidates with:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or corporate)
Fluent in English (written and oral); French or Dutch is a plus
Getting things done! You see challenges where others see obstacles
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple searches at once
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
Experience using ATS’s and CRM systems is an asset
Sound knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to build credibility and trust relationship with various stakeholders (candidates, recruiters, hiring managers etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Team player, can do attitude, perseverant in both local and working from abroad environment
Demonstrates initiative, drive and pursuit for quality
Social media savviness with online networks and knowledge participation (LinkedIn, online forums, user groups etc)
