What you'll do
- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of raw materials and third-party products
- Build, develop, and maintain strong supplier relationships locally and internationally
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Identify new products, suppliers, and innovative sourcing opportunities
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supplier performance
- Analyze and optimize Cost of Goods Sold and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with Product Development, Production, and Retail teams on product and supplier selection
- Support pricing strategy through margin analysis and commercial decision-making
- Develop demand forecasts and purchasing plans
- Ensure suppliers meet quality, reliability, and service standards
