hr/payroll workforce consultant

What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle in compliance with Greek labor and payroll legislation
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, including required ERGANI II declarations and submissions
- Update work schedules, shifts, attendance, overtime, absences, leave and payroll-related data
- Collect, validate and reconcile workforce and payroll data
- Operate HRM and payroll systems, including Epsilon Net Payroll
- Support assigned clients on payroll, workforce management, HR, compensation and benefits matters
- Provide hands-on HR operational support at client premises through regular on-site visits
- Administer employee benefits and respond to employee and client payroll and HR inquiries
- Support audits, statutory reporting and regulatory inspections
- Prepare payroll, workforce and KPI reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Legal Department on labor law matters and provide operational guidance to clients
- Maintain client relationships through communication, issue resolution and service improvement
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Payroll processing, workforce management and employee lifecycle management
- Greek labor and payroll legislation, Greek labor and social security legislation
- ERGANI II, ERGANI procedures and EFKA procedures
- Epsilon Net Payroll and HRM and payroll systems
- Payroll and workforce data reconciliation and KPI reporting
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Accounting / Any Field
