What you'll do
- Design, develop and implement modern HR policies and procedures covering recruitment, compensation, performance management, training, labor relations, and talent retention
- Collaborate closely with management to shape HR strategy and provide advisory support on organizational development and staffing
- Serve as a reference point for labor relations and support supervisors in human resource management issues
- Oversee and optimize the employee lifecycle from attraction and onboarding to evaluation, development, retention and corporate culture formation
- Utilize HR data and metrics to derive insights and support strategic decision making
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Design and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager roles
- Autonomous operation with business thinking and practical approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Organizational skills
- English language proficiency
- MS Office applications
- Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Economicspreferred
