- Offer better plans and pricing to customers considering leaving the company
Key requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English
- MS Office and CRM systems
- Customer service and retention, including sales and package upgrades
- Identifying customer needs for promotional purposes
- Time management and organization
