What you'll do
- Design and implement the maintenance strategy across Preventive, Predictive and Corrective maintenance
- Reduce unplanned downtime and improve MTBF and MTTR indicators
- Analyze failures using Root Cause Analysis and implement permanent solutions
- Manage critical production equipment, including forming lines, ovens, conveyors and packaging equipment
- Lead, guide and develop the maintenance team
- Manage maintenance costs, spare parts and external contractors
- Collaborate with Production on planning, shutdowns and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and food industry standards
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Maintenance strategy: Preventive maintenance systems, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and Corrective maintenance
- Reliability & diagnostics: Reliability engineering, Failure diagnosis and Root Cause Analysis
- Technical systems: Mechanical systems, Electrical systems and Industrial automation
- Leadership & costs: Technical team management and Maintenance cost management
- Tools & computer skills: SAP PM and Advanced computer literacy
- Language: English
- Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Engineering
