What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment in collaboration with the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations during all maintenance work
- Manage and monitor long-term maintenance contracts
- Plan and monitor the annual maintenance program based on manufacturer instructions and O&M manuals
- Participate in internal inspections and implement safety and environmental actions
- Manage spare parts procurement and monitor inventory in cooperation with the Maintenance Manager
- Guide and support contractors during maintenance activities
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and use of SAP for maintenance needs
- Prepare and revise equipment usage instructions and technical documentation
- Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to corporate policies and Code of Conduct
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or related field
- Experience in maintenance management and project management
- Mechanical design knowledge and maintenance documentation skills
- English language proficiency and MS Office applications
- Health and Safety regulations knowledge
- SAP PM Module experience
- Communication skills, teamwork, and leadership
- Inventory and spare parts management
- Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architecture / Production and Management Engineering
