What you'll do
- Recommend and monitor implementation of the approved credit policy
- Assess prospective customers using available financial and commercial information
- Reassess existing customers and credit terms periodically
- Monitor potential bad debts and submit analyses and recommendations
- Check compliance with approved credit terms and address deviations with Sales
- Evaluate requests to modify existing credit terms
- Review daily orders for compliance with the credit policy
- Monitor receivables aging and recommend collection of outstanding balances
- Contribute to company and Group cash flow planning for customer receipts
- Reconcile customer accounts monthly and send required information
- Manage credit insurance matters
- Analyze monthly customer balances and update Sales stakeholders
- Check and approve credit notes for payment-method discounts
- Work with legal advisers to pursue doubtful receivables
- Coordinate and supervise Credit Control staff and collaborate with Sales

- Credit management, Receivables monitoring & Collections management
- Financial analysis, Decision-making & Cash flow planning
- Credit insurance management & Customer account reconciliation
- Stakeholder collaboration, English language & Microsoft Office
- Business Administration / Economicspreferred
