What you'll do
- Support the Store Manager with the store’s daily operations and organization
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and commercial results
- Guide, support, and develop the sales team to strengthen teamwork and performance
- Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive customer experience
- Participate in training and developing team members on products, services, and sales techniques
- Stay informed about new products, services, offers, and market trends
Key requirements
- Sales, retail sales, and customer service
- Team leadership, team training, and sales techniques
- Store operations and commercial targets
- Communication skills and organizational skills
- Greek language proficiency and basic English proficiency
