What you'll do
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and organization
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and commercial results
- Guide, support, and develop the sales team to strengthen teamwork and performance
- Ensure high-quality customer service and a positive customer experience
- Participate in training team members on products, services, and sales techniques
- Stay informed about new products, services, offers, and market trends
Key requirements
- Customer service orientation and commercial target achievement
- Team leadership, team motivation, and team training
- Sales and retail experience
- Organizational and communication skills
- Product and service knowledge, sales techniques, and market trend awareness
- Greek language proficiency and basic English proficiency
