What your day to day will include:

  • Coordinating with all teams of Allwyn and its subsidiaries for identifying, analyzing, designing and technically understanding procurement needs

  • Searching the market to identify vendors that meet Allwyn criteria and providing alternatives to satisfying procurement needs

  • Developing RFPs/RFQs based on technical requirements, market trends and business standards

  • Contributing to evaluating and assessing RFPs, identifying areas of concern and proposing ways to mitigate, proposing preferred vendor with solid rationale

  • Evaluating and negotiating commercial proposals in terms of pricing and terms with documented rationale to identifying with Business Unit the most efficient solution, working with legal team for contract signing that meets business needs and protecting Allwyn interests

  • Following up execution of procurement agreements and providing support to resolving potential issues with vendors/providers

  • Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting performance evaluations

  • Executing all necessary ERP processes for approving of PR

  • Developing management reports on progressing and resulting of procurement plan execution and cost

  • Responding to ad-hoc assignments to meeting business needs

 

What you’ll bring:

  • BSc degree in Economics, Business, Logistics, or other related fields

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in procurement operations, preferably in Marketing or Commercial categories

  • Understanding of procurement procedures

  • Good knowledge of purchasing software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Working knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial principles (finance or accounting, budgeting, cost management, risk management)

  • High numeracy and problem-solving skills

  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical approach

  • Very good level of English (verbal and written)
