About the job
Ready to help create impactful marketing experiences? As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the design and execution of marketing plans, ensuring daily activities resonate with audiences and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What your day to day will include:
Reviewing market research reports and data insights to propose marketing initiatives.
Participating in the design and implementation of the Impulse Marketing Unit strategy and plan.
Designing and supporting the execution of go-to-market plans in collaboration with other teams.
Proposing clear, insightful & analytical briefs to advertising agencies or internal teams and reviewing deliverables in compliance with business and Marketing guidelines.
Aligning with other supportive Centers of Excellence (e.g. Communication, Media, Retail Engagement, etc.) securing the deliverables to be on time.
Designing and implementing in-store activations (e.g., promotions, events, etc.).
Monitoring campaign performance, budget, and marketing KPIs.
Supporting the execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns.
Performing market visits to evaluate commercial actions and proposing new retail formats.
Supporting regulatory submissions for HGC in collaboration with the regulatory team.
What you need to succeed:
BSc in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field; MSc in relevant topic is desirable
3+ years of hands-on experience in retail / trade marketing within a consumer-oriented organization
Very good knowledge of marketing operations and standards
Experience in managing in-store initiatives & retail activation projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills with attention to detail
