What you'll do

- Present territory performance and market updates to management
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Sales, Negotiation, and Consultative Selling skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP Systems proficiency
- Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, and Forecasting abilities
- Communication Skills and English Language Proficiency
- Financial Assessment and Data Accuracy and Compliance knowledge
- Logistics Coordination and Client Travel Readiness
- Engineering / Business Administration / related fieldpreferred

What You’ll Do
Drive Strategic Sales & Growth
Own Your Portfolio: Manage and grow a dedicated customer base through regular visits, value-driven proposals, and strategic prospecting.
Forecast & Execute: Work closely with leadership to deliver accurate sales forecasts and execute action plans that optimize your territory's potential.
Negotiate with Impact: Handle quotes, tenders, and complex negotiations (volumes, pricing, and services) while staying firmly within competition law frameworks.
Market Intelligence: Act as our eyes and ears on the ground, gathering insights on market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience
Consultative Selling: Perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure our solutions truly meet customer demands and financial goals.
End-to-End Coordination: Partner with Logistics to ensure seamless delivery (trucks/ships) and collaborate with Technical Support to resolve issues swiftly.
Brand Stewardship: Strengthen our brand image through professional, high-touch interactions and proactive problem-solving.
Ensure Operational Excellence
Financial Integrity: Assess customer creditworthiness, negotiate payment terms with our Credit department, and manage receivables to maintain zero bad-debt status.
Data Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, ensuring all sales conditions and GDPR requirements are met for billing and compliance.
Reporting: Present territory performance and market share updates in departmental meetings, providing actionable feedback to the management team.
Who You Are
Educated & Experienced: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, backed by a minimum 3 years of successful track-record in Sales & Marketing.
A Natural Communicator: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, confident body language, and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
A Strategic Thinker: You can plan, prioritize, and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment without losing your composure.
Results-Oriented: You are driven by targets but grounded in accountability and conflict-resolution skills.
Tech-Savvy: You have a solid grasp of IT systems—experience with ERP and CRM is a major plus.
Mobile: You are ready to travel to meet your clients.
Linguistic Skills: You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a multinational business environment.
