Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Healthcare Professional Relationship Building and Trust Building
- Scientific Communication and Medical Nutrition Knowledge
- KPI Management and Compliance with NOM Code
- CRM Tools Proficiency and strong Digital Literacy
- Communication Skills and Proactive Approach
- Greek Language Fluency, English Language Fluency, and Driving License
- Life Sciences / Nutrition / Pharmacy / Paramedical Studiespreferred

We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Medical Representative to join our Nestlé Health Science division.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong, trust-based relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), providing scientific information and nutritional guidance on our Medical Nutrition portfolio. You will play a key role in positioning our products as trusted partners in patient care, always in full compliance with the NOM Code.
A Day in the Life…
Responsible for driving HCP engagement and territory performance by:
Building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals across hospitals and private practices
Visiting HCPs to provide scientific information and promote Medical Nutrition solutions
Educating HCPs on the role of nutrition in patient care and disease-related malnutrition
Positioning Nestlé Health Science products as trusted, evidence-based solutions
Managing and optimizing territory performance based on objectives and KPIs
Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and the NOM Code
Identifying opportunities to enhance patient support through nutritional interventions
What Makes You Successful
Degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or Paramedical studies (preferred)
2–3 years of experience in a similar medical or field-based role
Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Results-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-driven approach
Ability to build trust and credibility with Healthcare Professionals
Strong digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
Fluency in Greek and English
Valid driving license and willingness to travel
