What you'll do
- Visit prescribers and physicians daily to provide compounding advice and customer care
- Support sales team and marketing department in all company-supported functions
- Respond to physicians’ product-related inquiries and implement compounding solutions
- Provide superior customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Assist customers in maximizing use of all compounding solutions and concepts
- Suggest and help implement process improvements
- Participate actively in team meetings and departmental discussions
- Stay updated on new products, applications, and techniques through webinars and training
Key requirements
- Pharmacy field experience and medical sales experience
- Foreign language proficiency, preferably English
- Solution-oriented thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer service and persuasive personality
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet
- Prioritization skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and support new concepts and applications
- Flexible and results-driven personality

The Medical External Compounding Advisor will be visiting prescribers-physicians daily and will be responsible for handling a variety of pre-sale and post-sale customer care (prescribers/doctors) and compounding advices as required. This role will provide support to the sales team and marketing department on all company-supported functions.
