What you'll do
- Prepare, analyze, and communicate factory financial performance results with accurate and timely reporting
- Monitor manufacturing costs, variances, production efficiencies, and key operational KPIs
- Support monthly closing activities ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Lead factory budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and performance improvement
- Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities to optimize costs, productivity, and resource utilization
- Support capital expenditure projects through financial evaluation, investment analysis, and post-investment reviews
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve operational effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digitalization efforts enhancing financial visibility and business performance
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Financial analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting skills
- Experience in manufacturing finance and financial planning
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and business intelligence tools
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities
- Finance / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration
