What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stages
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
- Create compelling job postings and assess candidate suitability
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
- Ensure timely communication and best candidate experience
- Participate in career fairs and networking events
- Maintain and promote company recruitment policies
- Identify and propose recruitment process improvements
- Contribute to recruitment special projects
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Coordination with hiring managers and interview coordination
- Job postings creation and candidate assessment
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn use
- Talent pipelines building and participation in career fairs
- Social media recruiting and understanding role competencies
- English language proficiency
- Selection methods and techniques
- Business Administration / Human Resource Management / Psychology
