Service Center Employee will answer to all kind of requests/ status of application by intermediaries (with or without presence of client) and incoming emails or calls by clients/ agents/ Bank (requests regarding personal and policy data changes and general info).

Job description:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• View and update client data system CRM
• View policy data systems (Life400, NELIS etc)
• Enter and update policy data systems (Life400, NELIS etc)
• Administer and secure confidentiality of sensitive personal data
• Follow-up on pending items
• Ensure compliance with relative policies and processes
• Deal with customer’s direct requests

Desired Skills/Experience:

You need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written
• Very good command of MS Office
• Ability to adapt to change
• Previous working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset
