We are looking for a passionate Communication Expert to join our HR team and drive internal communication activities that enhance our company culture and employee experience. As an Internal Communication Expert, you will be responsible of developing & executing internal communication strategies designed to engage our diverse workforce. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment and effective dissemination of key messages.

Your day-to-day:

• Design and implement internal communications strategy that enhances the company’s culture and fosters employee engagement.
• Communicate the organization’s goals, values, and vision effectively to all employees.
• Plan and execute HR-driven events, including logistics and presentations, to promote employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment with internal communication policies and strategies.
• Manage HR communication initiatives and maintain an annual calendar that addresses the needs of our diverse community.
• Create and distribute emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and other online communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Participate in various HR projects aimed at improving the overall employee experience.
• Participate in development and execution of DEI and wellbeing initiatives.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize important projects.
• Proficiency in English (professional level) and Greek (verbal and written).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail (a communication sample on a case study will be required).
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
