As a Health & Medical Quality employee, you will ensure the accuracy of health claims, monitor financial consistency in portfolio liabilities, support provider contract updates, and analyze high-cost cases to ensure compliance with policy terms.

Your day-to-day:

• Performing quality control in health portfolio claims processes based on insurance policy and business rules.

• Daily review of portfolio liabilities movement to ensure correctness of financial representation according to policy terms.

• Support contract amendments with providers and benchmark exercises on claim costs.

• Ad hoc analysis of high cost cases and review of expense coding and necessity vs contractual terms.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the insurance industry with sufficient knowledge of insurance process value chain and/or claims handling of health portfolio

• Alternatively working experience in health providers administration processes (accounting, cost analysis, nursing services)

• University degree

Personal Profile:

• Interested in insurance products and knowledge of the Greek markets

• Easily and passionately analyze complex processes

• Effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences and place them in a business context
