About the job
The main purpose of this role is to become an active part of the Customer Service team and be responsible for providing high quality service to Mutual Funds Clients.
Your day-to-day:
- Provide high quality customer service to Mutual Funds Clients according to company’s standards and guidelines.
- Manage customers requests processing and provide high quality service maximizing the customer experience of Mutual Funds.
- Support operational activities, such as contributions and surrenders handling.
- Ensure compliance with relative policies and processes.
- Provide Helpdesk support for Customers and Agents inbound calls and execute outbound calls where required.
- Administer and secure confidentiality of personal data.
- Support digital client’s portal .
- Participate in new procedures and applications development to adjust arising needs, in close cooperation with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Handle Agents Codes Initiations-Terminations.
- Update client’s data at the admin system.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Support the preparation of internal financial reports .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of Management, Insurance or Economics.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, verbal and written.
- Very good command of MS Office.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Previous working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset.
