What you'll do
- Track all GM’s requests and ensure follow ups on all tasks and commitments
- Prepare the GM for all engagements with necessary materials and briefings
- Manage and organize inbound and outbound files
- Maintain a system to monitor pending items and deadlines
- Manage internal and external communications for the GM
- Maintain and organize the GM’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
- Prioritize urgent matters and ensure timely replies
- Flag outstanding issues for follow-up
Key requirements
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Calendar management and scheduling expertise
- Strong communication skills in English and Greek, written and verbal
- Organizational skills with task tracking and prioritization capabilities

Currently we are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
During your day you will:
Track all GM’s requests and ensure follow ups on all tasks and commitments
Ensure the GM is well-prepared for all engagements with necessary materials and briefings (where available) and manage/organize all the inbound and outbound files
Maintain a structured system to monitor pending items and deadlines
Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the GM, to facilitate smooth communication
Maintain and organize the GM’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements and proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Prioritize urgent matters and ensure timely reply and flag outstanding issues for follow-up.
What you need to stand out:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in English and Greek (verbal & written)
