Translate shopper insights into customer tailored in-store & digital experiences to excite and engage shoppers, drive incremental category growth & brand conversion, and elevate retailer relationships.

How you will contribute

  • Lead the Shopper Marketing strategy for the market, aligned with sales priorities, brand objectives, and retailers’ capabilities

  • Own the two core Shopper Marketing pillars: (1) Customer-dedicated activations (incl. loyalty programs, retailer media, personalized offers) (2) Biggest Occasions & Big Bets implementations for top customers

  • Lead the development, customization and implementation of top customers differentiation activities in collaboration with CP, Marketing and Sales teams. Drive in-store / category traffic for top customers by offering custom-made high-ROI offers for our brands

  • Leverage retailer tools and platforms to drive category traffic and positive brand/product mix

  • Collaborate with retailers to strengthen partner-of-choice positioning and drive shared category growth. Build differentiated cohesive selling stories.

  • Champion a data-driven approach: set smart objectives, track activation performance, and conduct post-program recaps; apply learnings from post-analytics to continuously optimize resource deployment and tactical direction by customer and brand

  • Lead, optimize, and control activation costs; ensure transparent budget tracking

  • Effectively synchronize all involved parties (CP, Sales, Marketing, RGM, Customer)

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Min 3+ years of professional FMCG experience with a strong background in both marketing and commercial (Marketing/I&A/Sales/CP&A/RGM).

  • University degree in a related field

  • Strong stakeholder management, across all hierarchy levels

  • Influencing w/o formal power is a must

  • Very strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and good understanding of data, analytics, systems and apps

  • Passion, creativity, growth mindset and learning agility are very critical in this continuously evolving area of expertise

  • Very strong project management skills

  • Proficient in Greek and English
