Ready to help create impactful marketing experiences? As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll support the design and execution of marketing plans, ensuring daily activities resonate with audiences and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

What your day to day will include:

  • Reviewing market research reports and data insights to propose marketing initiatives.

  • Participating in the design and implementation of the Impulse Marketing Unit strategy and plan.

  • Designing and supporting the execution of go-to-market plans in collaboration with other teams.

  • Proposing clear, insightful & analytical briefs to advertising agencies or internal teams and reviewing deliverables in compliance with business and Marketing guidelines.

  • Aligning with other supportive Centers of Excellence (e.g. Communication, Media, Retail Engagement, etc.) securing the deliverables to be on time.

  • Designing and implementing in-store activations (e.g., promotions, events, etc.).

  • Monitoring campaign performance, budget, and marketing KPIs.

  • Supporting the execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns.

  • Performing market visits to evaluate commercial actions and proposing new retail formats.

  • Supporting regulatory submissions for HGC in collaboration with the regulatory team.

 

What you need to succeed: 

  • BSc in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field; MSc in relevant topic is desirable

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in retail / trade marketing within a consumer-oriented organization

  • Very good knowledge of marketing operations and standards

  • Experience in managing in-store initiatives & retail activation projects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem solving skills with attention to detail
