What you'll do
- Use in-depth process and service knowledge to ensure service level agreements and obligations are met
- Drive development and co-ownership of standard operating procedures to standardize and simplify processes
- Provide input for training materials
- Ensure compliance of standard operating procedures and data protection activities with company policies and law
- Analyze and report on exceptions and recommend process improvements
- Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team
