What you'll do
- Participate in daily production of sweets and desserts for all hotel departments
- Collaborate with the team and supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and timely handling of needs
- Ensure proper material management and maintain supply records
- Follow ISO procedures and enforce hygiene and safety rules at the workplace
Key requirements
- Pastry Arts Degree
- Experience in a similar department, preferably in a hotel environment
- Material management knowledge and pastry trends knowledge
- Compliance with hygiene and safety rules

Ως Ζαχαροπλάστης Β θα είστε σε άμεση επικοινωνία με τον προϊστάμενο σας για την παραγωγή και εκτέλεση συνταγών σύμφωνα με τα λειτουργικά πρότυπα και συνταγολόγια του Ομίλου, στον εκάστοτε χώρο – τμήμα εργασίας σας.
Αρμοδιότητες
Συμμετέχετε στην καθημερινή παραγωγή γλυκών και εδεσμάτων για όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου (κεντρικό, A la Carte & food corners)
Συνεργάζεστε με την ομάδα και τον άμεσα προϊστάμενο σας ώστε να υπάρχει ομαλή ροή εργασίας και έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση αναγκών.
Εξασφαλίζετε τη σωστή διαχείριση υλικών και την τήρηση αρχείου προμηθειών.
Τηρείτε τις απαιτούμενες διαδικασίες ISO και διασφαλίζετε την ορθή εφαρμογή των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας στη θέση του.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Πτυχίο Ζαχαροπλαστικής
Εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο τμήμα, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον
Γνώσεις διαχείρισης υλικών και ζαχαροπλαστικών τάσεων
Γνώση και τήρηση όλων των κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας
